CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – FEBRUARY 2021

Our practice is open during lockdowns now as we are classed as a medical appointment and have all the necessary PPE and a thorough cleaning protocol in place. Our priority is the safety of our patients and osteopaths and we are doing everything we can to ensure this.

We speak directly to all new patients to check that they have no covid-19 symptoms and to explain what to expect when they come to us. We also continue to contact existing patients before each appointment to check that they are still covid-19 free and don’t have any other cold or fluey type symptoms. Every patient’s temperature is checked on arrival too.

We continue to run a cancellation list as we cannot fit in as many patients in a day now due to the necessary cleaning protocol after each one. Patients do chop and change appointments, sometimes at short notice, so it is well worth going on the list if you cannot get an appointment as early as you would have liked.
